What's an Emergency?
Emergencies will be handled promptly. Issues considered emergencies are:
- No heat in winter;
- No hot water;
- No electricity;
- Any condition that might cause a fire;
- A gas odor;
- A pipe leak or drain backup that may damage to personal belongings or apartment property.
- A significant water leak coming through a wall or ceiling

After Office Hours:
Call our Emergency Service Number at 1-877-202-0785. The necessary person needed to ensure speedy resolution of any problem will be contacted immediately.

If we determine that the call to emergency did not fall within the criteria of emergency, you will be charged a $100.00 service fee in addition to any parts or special labor incurred.
