Together we can continue to provide a safe, fun, and respective environment for our tenants.
Our requirements:
- Tenant Application
- Guarantor Application
- Credit reports for tenant(s) and guarantor(s)
- Proof of income for tenant(s) and guarantor(s).
Tenants need income of 40X annual rent. Guarantors need income of 45X annual rent.

Once tenant(s) are approved we require two copies of:
- Signed lease
- Signed lead paint rider
- Signed window guard rider
- Signed S&H riders (contact our office at 516-487-4090)
- W9
- Guaranty of Payment form signed and notarized
- Bank/cashier checks for first month's rent and security deposit
Showing our apartments is simple. Just call our office at 516-487-4090 or
212-228-8322 and we'll tell you what arrangements we've made to access the apartment.
